Avalue launches EMX-RPLP Mini-ITX Wide Temperature Motherboard, Ensuring Stable Operation for Extreme Environments
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, 0808, 2023 –Avalue Technology Inc. (TAIEX: 3479-TW), a global industrial PC solution provider and a Titanium member of the Intel® Internet of Things Solutions Alliance, launches its EMX-RPLP Mini ITX motherboard, which fully supports Intel® 13th generation Raptor Lake-P platform, including Core™ SoC i7/i5/i3/Celeron series processors. This Mini-ITX can accommodate U/P/H series processors with power requirements ranging from 12W to 45W, and also offers a wide temperature processor option (CPU by BOM option) to ensure stable operation in harsh environments. 
The EMX-RPLP features a flexible CPU power range (12W to 45W) and highly customizable, industrial-grade, wide temperature processors. For high performance applications, the EMX-RPLP can be equipped with high-performance H-series processors and supports up to 64GB of DDR5 SO-DIMM memory. For data storage needs, customers can choose cost-effective processors and configure 2 x SATA III or 2 x M.2 SSDs to build RAID 0/1 disk arrays to ensure data security and storage. Designed for demanding industrial applications, the EMX-RPLP wide temperature design provides rugged reliability and uncompromising performance, making it competitive in the small form factor computer market and an ideal choice for various industrial applications.
When used as a display output device, the EMX-RPLP supports up to 4 DP display outputs (2 x DP++, 2 x DP) or can be configured as a single output with a maximum resolution of up to 7680 x 4320 @ 60 Hz. It also offers eDP and LVDS as display outputs for the control interfaces allowing up to 4 monitors to be displayed simultaneously, allowing up to 4 monitors to be displayed simultaneously. For remote device applications, the EMX-RPLP provides the option of either a SIM card slot or a SIM FPC interface. For extensive expandability, the EMX-RPLP offers up to 4 M.2 slots (M-Key/E-Key/2 x B-Key), giving customers the flexibility to choose disks and expansion interfaces. In addition, for applications requiring higher performance, the H-Series processors can be expanded with 1 x PCI-e x8 Gen 4 slot, while the P/U-Series processors can be expanded with 1 x PCI-e x4 Gen 4 slot. The 6W high-power amplifier audio output further reduces additional expansion space and cost. For industrial applications, the EMX-RPLP offers 3 x Intel® 2.5G and 1 x Intel® 1G Gigabit Ethernet ports, ensuring more compatible connections for AOI/DCS/SCARA and internal/external network automatic control. In addition, it comes equipped with up to 8 USB connectors, 6 RS-232 serial interfaces (2 supporting RS-422/485), GPIO 16-bit signal control, and TPM 2.0 enterprise-class security features.
