Avalue introduces ENA-7180 Series, 1U Rack Mount Network Platforms.

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, March 25th, 2013 –Avalue Technology Inc. (TAIEX: 3479-TW), a global Embedded Solution provider and Associate member of Intel® Intelligent Systems Alliance is introducing the ENA-7180-25 and ENA-7180-61 Rack Mount Network Platforms.
ENA-7180 Series are space-saving 1U based Rack Mount Network systems for VPN, firewall and other network security applications. These two Network platforms are built around Intel ® D2550 Dual Core processors and Intel Core™ i7/ i5/ i3.
They offer several key features suited for network data applications with high Performance, advanced Technology and port density requirements.
ENA-7180-25 and ENA-7180-61 offer different specifications which make them a smart choice for a variety of applications. With these two compact Rack Mount servers there is no need to sacrifice performance with respect to space constraints.
ENA-7180-25 is powered by Intel® D2550 Dual Core, 1.86GHz processors, equipped with two SODIMM sockets and supporting up to 4GB DDR3 800/1066 SDRAM. The front I/O provides 4 X GbE LAN Ports with 1X optional pair of LAN Bypass, it supports 1X serial port and 2X USB2.0. It offers the flexibility to choose from 1X 3.5” HDD Bay or 2X 2.5” HDD Bay storage.
With a power supply of AC-in 65W ATX Power Supply, the dimensions are set to 430x 300x 43mm.
ENA-7180-61 is supported by Intel Core™ i7/ i5/ i3 Processors and Intel® H61 Chipset. It has two 240PIN DIMM Sockets that support up to 16GB DDR3 1066/1333 SDRAM. External I/O includes 6X GbE LAN Ports enabling 3X pairs of LAN Bypass, 1X serial port and 2X USB2.0., and equipped with a storage space for 1X 3.5” HDD Bay.
This Rack mount system comes with Ac-in 300W ATX Power Supply and offer dimensions of 430x 406x 43mm.
