Designed to provide expanded power to various types of panel PCs, it allows stationary panel PCs to be moved around freely with unlimited reserve of power, and is suitable for many types of applications, including medical cart, telehealth cart, laboratory, industrial automation, heavy-industry manufacturing and robot.
Hand screw for more convenient battery changing
Adopting VESA standard, EPB-1001 is compatible with all Avalue panel PCs. In terms of design, there is considerable reduction in battery weight as its two batteries together only weigh 900g and the external box is merely 1.2kg. In comparison to traditional cart batteries, there is an approximately 90% decrease in weight, making it lighter and easier to move around. When used with Avalue HID-series medical panel PCs, it provides continuous power for a minimum of eight hours. EPB-1001 features an external box that can be opened with a hand screw. You can quickly hot swap batteries by loosening the screw with your hand, without the need to turn off the system or interrupting ongoing task. Furthermore, EPB-1001 is available in two voltages output, i.e. 12V and 19V, allowing you to choose the right type of voltage for your connected device and avoid damaging your machine.
Certified medical batteries a boost for medical carts
Lightweight external power bank EPB-1001 is compliant with UL 60601-1 standards, making it ideal for use in healthcare scenarios, e.g. in medical cart, medication cart and telehealth cart. The use of mobile power supply reduces the cluttering of wires and cables, in turn decreasing bacterial adhesion and facilitating sterilization. When a low battery warning is emitted, its hot-swap design allows batteries to be changed immediately without having to turn off the system or interrupting its normal operation. Each expansion power bank comes with two lightweight batteries with option to purchase a four-slot lithium battery charger. When completely drained, it only takes about 4 hours to fully charge both batteries. With fully charged batteries at the ready, a mobile cart can provide 24/7 uninterrupted power supply, providing greater convenience for healthcare staffs.
Battery management tool monitors battery status at all times
Built-in battery management tool allows you to check power level, charging status, battery temperature and system temperature at any time, making battery usage more efficient and safer. Battery consumption and operation duration can also be set on a webpage. For instance, you can set EPB-1001 to go into sleep mode after 60 seconds of not being connected to an adapter and power consumption is lower than 5W. By setting your PC according to your usage habit and requirements, you can reduce unnecessary energy consumption. The built-in battery management tool is compatible with Win 10 and Win 7 operating systems.
