Cleaning Methods for Avalue Panel PC Products (COVID-19)
Below is the recommended cleaning and disinfecting procedure for Avalue Panel PC products relative to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Cleaning and disinfecting can be done by two steps or at the same times, during normal use of Panel PC, the device may become dirty and should be regularly cleaned, especially the device which are used by many different people, should be cleaned frequently regardless of our current health emergency. Cabinet design of Avalue Panel PC products included plastic, Metal, Die casting, Paint and Electroplating. All the materials can be cleaned by below instruction safely.

1.Turn off the device before starting clean up. In this way, you can see any dirt on the screen; the brightness of the monitor may make you miss some areas.
2.Wet a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth with a mild soapy solution, wipe the device in a gentle motion to remove dust, oil, or fingerprint smudges. 3.For disinfecting, use recommended disinfectant solution list show at below to ensure the effect.
4.Do not let cleaning agent stay on paint based metal parts for long time, wipe it at one time and let the moisture evaporate naturally, do not wipe it back and forth to avoid opposite effect.
5.Do not get liquids inside the unit.
6.Do not spray the product directly.
7.Wipe any moisture excess with a dry lint-free cloth to finish cleaning before turning the computer back on.

Precaution while applied cleaning and disinfecting process:
• DO NOT use strong solvents (ammonia for example) to avoid damaging printed surfaces.
• DO NOT use a paper-based cloth (paper towel for example) to avoid scratching printed surfaces.
• Do not use disinfectants that contain phenol.
• Do not autoclave or clean the devices with strong aromatic, chlorinated, ketone, ether, or Esther solvents, sharp tools or abrasives.
• Never immerse electrical connectors in water or other liquids.
• Hot water with soap can be used to remove sticky substances when necessary.
