Avalue has received well feedback and gained several sample orders of EES-3723 and EPC-3711 since the 2 embedded systems were launched. Collecting all the suggestions and feedback from the markets and our customers, Avalue technology newly releases the enhanced version of these 2 systems, EES-3720 and EPC-CX700.
EES-3720
Receiving the plenty demands of the system designed for harsh conditions, such as anti-vibration, anti-impact, wide-range temperature resistance, thermal solutions and so on, Avalue introduced EES-3723 to satisfy customers’ requests. With 1-year test and evaluation of this model, Avalue knows we are on the right way and launches the enhanced version, EES-3720, which is with the same mechanical design but with higher performance and powerful functions.
EES-3720 is a modular-designed embedded system which adopts Intel® Pentium® M 1.5 GHz processor and 852GM Chipset. In fact, it depends on customer’s demands or applications, this series of product could accommodate any one of Avalue’s EPIC single board computers range from Intel Pentium to VIA Eden platforms. Benefiting from outstanding mechanical and thermal design, EES-3720 is a fanless operation with single +12V power requirement. In addition, the multi-media, I/O and essential functions are not abandoned for the fanless design; this system is given with dual view display, dual LAN, COM port, USB, CF and even an optional Mini-SCSI interface.
EES series is specifically designed for critical conditions. As our expectation, this model has been applied in an industrial project in Europe and won nice evaluation from our customers. With the enhancement of processor and performance, we believe EES-3720 would bring our customers more benefits.

EPC-CX700
Numerous requirements have been sent to us to ask for EPC-3711 since this tiny embedded box computer is unveiled this January. The key design concept of EPC series is to place the most powerful system in the smallest box computer as possible; this is simple and easy to understand.
EPC-CX700 and EPC-3711 are twins. EPC-CX700 utilizes VIA Eden V4 500 MHz Processor and VIA CX700M Chipset to enhance multi-media performance including 2D/3D graphic effects, MPEG2/MPEG4/ WMV9 support, 5.1/7.1-CH Audio with SPDIF therefore EPC-CX700 is best suitable to be applied in digital signage, gaming, and intensive video required markets. In addition, EPC-CX700 is equipped with rich I/O and functions: dual LAN, TV-out, USB, COM, CF and Mini PCI for flexible expansion. This compact box PC remains itself as a fanless operation with 1 DIN size (178 x 112 x 50mm) and compliance with VESA standard. Users could choice a proper installation method: DIN-rack mount, Desktop stand, and VESA kit for Panel Mount provided by Avalue or to collocate with their own VESA compliant installation devices.
