Primary Job Responsibility:
New Business Development:
Identify and evaluate specific business opportunities, especially in the Telecommunication and related instrumentation markets.
Alliance Development:
to identify, build, and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners. Initiate and complete proposals, presentations, terms and conditions, negotiations and execution for the strategic alliances including the distribution agreements, sales representative agreement, mergers, acquisitions, product and IP rights licensing, etc.
Business Strategy Development:
Define, refine, test and implement strategic plans. These activities include primary research, industry, market and competitive analysis, customer needs assessment. Define the product roadmap in the long, mid and short term.
Product Portfolio Management:
Provide marketing expertise for the day-to-day management of products in the development pipeline. These activities include opportunity assessment, market evaluation, market research, financial evaluation, and other marketing needs required throughout the product evaluation process. Define the product roadmap, which incorporating customer needs, input and feedback from other internal and external groups.
Marketing Strategy Development:
Coordinate with related departments to develop sound marketing strategies to win in the marketplace. This will include market segmentation, value proposition development, product positioning, pricing strategy, branding strategy, channel strategy, and communications strategy development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in EE or Science with specialized education in Communication System and Optical Electronics.
- Preferably with General Electives, Digital Circuits Lab, Microcomputer and related trainings.
- 5+ year relevant job experiences in conducting the OEM/ODM business within the embedded and industrial PC industries.
- Preferably with team building and management experiences.
- Familiar with embedded product and vertical markets especially in Data Communication, Telecommunication and related markets.
- Familiar with supply chain and vendors and able to communicate with our major Asia based supplies in both English and Chinese.
- Strong PC skill – Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel and Outlook required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Corporate auditing experiences.
- Familiar with Peachtree accounting software.
- Basic computer skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
- Attention to detail and accurate reporting of information.
- Ability to work independently and with team members.
